At Asik Wholesale, we strive for total customer satisfaction by handling returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. Our policies are designed to provide clear guidelines for all scenarios—whether your item is defective or not—and to ensure that you receive the best possible resolution.
1. Eligibility & Timeframes
Standard Returns

New, Unopened Items: We accept returns for a refund or store credit when items are new and unopened.

Cash & Carry Purchases: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase or delivery.

Subdistributor (Online) Purchases: Defective products can be claimed within 180 days of purchase.

Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them. Items damaged by misuse or improper care are not covered.
Defective Products

Always Covered: Regardless of whether package insurance was purchased, defective items are always covered. For any defective product, we will issue a refund or store credit, provided the product is returned with its original packaging and components.
2. Package Insurance & Return Shipping

Package Insurance Requirement for Non-Defective Items:
If you want Asik Wholesale to cover return or exchange shipping fees for non-defective items, you must have purchased package insurance at the time of your order. -
Defective Items Exception: Even if package insurance was not purchased, return or exchange shipping fees for defective items will be covered by us.

Initiating a Return: Please email your return request to asikwholesalecorp@gmail.com with your original order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide further instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Packaging Guidelines: Ensure that your items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. All returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If items are found to be opened or damaged (unless defective), we may be unable to issue a refund.
3. Exchanges

Requesting an Exchange: To exchange an item, please contact us at asikwholesalecorp@gmail.com with your original order number, the reason for the exchange, and the details of the product you would like as a replacement.

Shipping Fees for Exchanges:

With Package Insurance: If package insurance was purchased, follow the provided link or instructions, enter your order number, and choose your resolution. Upon approval, you will receive a shipping label, and the shipping fees will be covered by us.

Without Package Insurance: If package insurance was not purchased, email us with the details and attach clear images of the issue. In these cases, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees, except when the item is defective.

Product Condition: Exchanged items must be unopened and unused unless the item is defective.

Price Differences: In the event of a price difference between the exchanged items, an invoice will be issued. The balance must be settled before we reship the exchanged item.
4. Refunds

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, and provided all return requirements are met, we will refund the product value (excluding any original postage charges) back to the original payment method.

Timing: Please allow a few days for the refund to appear on your account.

Resolution: We will arrange for an exchange at no additional shipping cost. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition in which it was received.
6. Non-Returnable Items & Final Sale

Clearance Items:
All clearance items are sold as-is without warranty and are not returnable. -
Non-Returnable Products:
Returns are not accepted for devices containing liquids/e-juice (e.g., disposables, closed-pod systems, e-juice bottles) or for non-defective items that do not meet our return criteria. -
Return Shipping for Denied Products:
Customers must provide a shipping label for any denied returns. Products not returned with a label within 30 days may be disposed of.
